Capstone Home Loans - Onboarding Toolkit

In my role as the Branch Marketing Manager at Capstone Home Loans, I prioritized the onboarding process, recognizing the significance of a company change in the mortgage business for Loan Officers. To streamline operations, I created a user-friendly, branch-owned HUB where new Loan Officers could effortlessly access and order their branch collateral. Moreover, I infused a personalized touch into our marketing materials by designing unique business cards, flyers, and postcards, steering away from standard corporate templates for a more distinctive and engaging appeal.
